Apple filling
°8 large Granny Smith apples
°½ cup sugar, to taste
°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

°2 cups flour
°2 cups of sugar
°2 teaspoons of yeast
°Quarter teaspoon of salt
°2 large eggs
°2/3 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Apples peeled also cut to 1/4 inch thick slices.
Add the apples to a large bowl and toss with ½ cup sugar and cinnamon. Tasted also add more sugar as need if the apples are too tart.
Pour the apples into a 9×13 baking dish also set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and eggs in a medium mixing bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the melted butter evenly over the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 45-60 min or until top layer is golden brown.
