Ingredients:
1 cup Salted Butter
1 cup Graduated Sugar
¼ cup Water
½ cup Pecans (Chopped)
¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1. Prepare a 10 X 15 inch baking sheet with non-stick baking spray.
Step 2. Spray the heavy pot with the non-stick baking spray.
Step 3. Sprinkle the baking pan with chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
Step 4. Even the chocolate chips and pecans on the pan.
Step 5. Add the butter to the heavy pot.
Step 6. Blend the melted butter, water and sugar together in the pot.

Step 7. Heat it on medium heat.
Step 8. Put the lid on the pot to allow the ingredients to start to boil.
Step 9. Allow to boil for 2 minutes.
Step 10. Take the lid off to gently stir the toffee.
Step 11. Return the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally. (It will begin to thicken and turn to a dark caramel color.

Step 12. The candy should be 275 degrees. Immediately remove from the heat.
Step 13. Pour this over the chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Spread to cover all of the chocolate chips and pecans.
Step 14. Set the toffee aside and allow it to completely cool.
Step 15. Use your hands to break the toffee into pieces.
Step 16. Store the left overs in an airtight container in a dry place.
