
**Ingredients:
°8 oz. (half a 1lb can = 2 c uncooked dry macaroni) as *Barilla, cook al dente, drain well
°1 can chunk white tuna in oil
°2 Tbl. tin oil
°1 1/4 C mayo like *Hellmann’s
°2 Tsp sour cream such as *Daisy
°1 C. salt
°1/4 tsp. coarsely black pepper
°1/4 tsp. plain mustard
°1/4 cup finely chopped sweet or red onion
°1 small celery rib, quartered lengthwise then thinly sliced
°3/4 c frozen sugar snap peas
*Methods
Cook noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain in colander to drain, rinse well with cold water, drain well again. Placing noodles in bowl.
Open the can of tuna and add 2 Tbl. oil with cooked noodles. Mix to coat.
Thoroughly drain the rest oil from can of tuna, then adding tuna.
Adding mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper also mustard. Stirring well, mixing evenly also break large pieces of tuna to small pieces.
Stir in onion, celery and frozen peas. (The peas will thaw in minutes. Do not pre-thaw or cook.)
Coldness. To serving
Keep refrigerated.
